A detailed description
The explosion-proof valve is operated on a TST-1 compression set-up packer to isolate the tubing separated beneath the packer during emergency or surface equipment repairs. The valve has a rotation of 1/4 to open the J salvage tube running tool. Fast, safe, cost-effective, closed without lifting tubing. The valve can be repeatedly opened and closed, independent decomposition, before the decomposition can be carried out packer pressure test.
The durable bearing assembly allows for free valve operation and operation of the string during compression, which is simple to operate on floating drilling. Before the packer is circulated, the column can be re-connected and the valve opens the equilibrium pressure.
